Reservation Policy

Reservation Rules for KeaTel.

Effective Date: 15/09/2023.

1. Booking Process:-

1.1 Reservation Requests: All reservations must be made through our website or booking platform. We do not accept reservations via email, phone, or any other method.

1.2 Guest Requirements: Guests must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including the number of guests, contact details, and any special requests.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:-

2.1 Check-In: Check-in time is from [12 pm] on the day of your reservation. Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive outside of the designated check-in hours.

2.2 Check-Out: Check-out time is at [10 am] on the day of your departure. Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Minimum Stay:-

3.1 Minimum Nights: Some reservations may require a minimum stay, especially during peak seasons or holidays. The minimum stay requirement will be specified during the booking process. At least 1 night.

4. Payment and Fees:-

4.1 Reservation Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a deposit of [Amount] or [Percentage] of the total booking amount is required. The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy.

4.2 Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your stay must be paid upon check-in, either in cash or by the accepted payment methods specified during the booking process.

4.3 Additional Fees: Additional charges may apply for services or amenities not included in the standard reservation fee, such as cleaning fees, security deposits, or pet fees. These fees will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

5. House Rules and Policies:-

5.1 No Smoking: Our property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

5.2 Pets: Some accommodations may allow pets, while others do not. Please check our pet policy during the booking process. Additional fees may apply for pet-friendly accommodations.

5.3 Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours, typically between [10 pm] and [6 am], to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

5.4 Damage and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as they found it. Any damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

6. Guests and Visitors:-

6.1 Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each accommodation is specified during the booking process. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.

6.2 Visitors: Visitors are only allowed with prior approval from the host. Guests are responsible for their visitors' behavior and adherence to our house rules.
